Hey, I'm Nuno 👋🏼
I build and manage digital products
→ Currently Product Manager at Bayut&Dubizzle, Lecturer at Esade and OneMonthPM, No‒Code Developer as a solopreneur
I've done a lot until now: sales, digital marketing, building and curating communities, scouts, students clubs, and several startup competitions. And I've realised all these experiences have something in common: people, people, people. That's why I'm born to work in product. Understand people's problems and solve them through digital solutions.
Let's build together? :)

I've also mentored and guided 120+ Marketing MSc students in creating, optimising and measuring real pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and A/B tests.
My less-formal experience
that I leverage as a Product Manager
(where I acquired some other soft and hard skills that allow me to work, understand and communicate effectively with engineers, designers, sales, support, marketing, legal, and management teams)
LEADERSHIP
I've led 10+ international teams
In different contexts, countries, environments and organisations. From the Scouts, to student's organisations and to the European Youth Parliament.
More recently, I've been managing teams of 30+ members in a yearly event happening in Spain with 12K+ clients. Now, as a Product Manager, I lead a cross‒functional team of developers, QAs & UX/UI designer.
SALES
I've sold several products & services
Both physical and digital, and in different context and organisations. From selling calendars as a scout boy, to closing deals worth over €3000 with relevant law firms in Portugal, and to being named #1 in Portugal and #7 worldwide out of dozens of thousands of EF Education First Ambassadors.
Now, I sell AI tools and automation that I build on an ad hoc basis.
COMMUNITY BUILDING
I've built and grown 5+ communities
I'm a natural people person and connector. I'm part of several online and in-person communities, wrote my MSc thesis on this topic, and launched the EF Education First Ambassadors Community in Rio de Janeiro.
I'm currently launching Product Weekend in the Middle East, leading 2 Alumni Chapters in Dubai, and have previously launched one in Barcelona.
SPEAKING
I've hosted and spoken at 10+ events
I am invited to teach, inspire and/or guide the audience in topics as career progression, product development, entrepreneurship, and community curation, both online and in-person.
Now, I've been giving lectures about AI, No‒code, Automation and Product Management at different universities and online programs.
Things I'm very proud of
Some achievements worth mentioning
I'm a U.S. State Department alumnus
In 2016, I represented Portugal at the BFTF Summer Institute, a prestigious month-long programme fully funded by the U.S. Department of State on Social Entrepreneurship at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, USA
I breath entrepreneurship
I hold certifications from Bocconi and Wake Forest University, won AIESEC's national startup competition, and almost launched a startup: we were the top 0.2% of participants that made it to the final round of the largest entrepreneurship competition worldwide
I'm a scout!
Joined the scouts movement when I was 10 years old. From setting a tent while it was raining, cooking under 5ºC, to walking 30km per day, I've done it all. There's where I truly learn what being a leader is. I was sorrounded by wonderful human beings who set the bar very high. 50% of my personality grew and was developed here. I was elected to lead 4 teams across 10 years
I built my personality @ Summer camps
The other 50% of my personality grew in summer camps. I started personal projects with them, and there's where I built my first community: an ongoing Facebook group with all participants which later was used to also promote the company's official announcements (engagement was higher). Best times!
Here's what people have to say ✌🏼
